PUBLIC BUYER OVERVIEW
One package.
A clear starting point.
The $120,000 asking price combines listed physical assets, a setup for the buyer’s own company and a defined year of agreed transition support.
The physical assets.
2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty, approximately 240,000 miles; 2024 VAR 14-foot tandem trailer with spare; Honda iGX800 fuel-injected 8 GPM / 4,000 PSI pressure-washing system with Alkota hot water; Honda GX200 / P40 soft-wash system described as 11 GPM; 550-, 65- and 35-gallon tanks; three reels; listed hoses; 28-inch Whisper Wash Big Guy with upgraded swivel and both spray-bar assemblies; listed tools, spares, chemicals and accessories.
Hours are seller-reported at approximately 52 for the iGX800 and 20 for soft washing. Specifications and present condition are subject to inspection. The final signed asset schedule controls inclusions.
Your own business identity.
The proposed digital package includes a new website, branding implementation, contact setup, lead capture, QR destinations and SEO / marketing training for the buyer’s own company. Domain, phone, email, hosting, licenses and operating-workflow acceptance criteria should be itemized before closing.
Business systems you can explore.
The public HQ demo uses fictional records for leads, customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, inventory, equipment and bidding examples. Production integrations, live opportunity alerts, email and payment configuration are subject to separate verification and written scope. Try the fictional-data HQ demo.
A defined first-year transition.
The proposed 12-month scope includes equipment and operating training, reasonable system support, agreed website edits and applicable pressure-washing inquiry routing where feasible and permitted. Customer introductions require appropriate permissions. Define the start and end dates, availability, boundaries, sources, routing methods and recurring costs in writing.
Retained and excluded.
CoKo’s name, current domain ownership and the seller’s personal phone number remain with the seller. The existing legal entity, Google Business Profile and reviews are not automatically transferred. The offer does not guarantee customers, income, profit, lead volume, rankings, government contracts or payback.
The buying process.
- Request information and discuss your plans.
- Review the equipment and fictional-data demo.
- Arrange current inspections and a seller-confirmed viewing.
- Review seller-approved, redacted due-diligence evidence.

Cash preferred. No public seller-financing offer. No payment or binding commitment is accepted through this website. Out-of-state buyers should agree transport, registration and training logistics separately.
