CLEAR ANSWERS BEFORE A SERIOUS PURCHASE
The buyer questions
worth asking.
Understand what is included, what remains with the seller and what needs verification before you make an offer.
What is included in the $120,000 asking price?
The package combines the 2012 Ford F-250, 2024 VAR trailer, listed commercial pressure-washing and soft-wash equipment, accessories, a website and operating setup for the buyer’s own brand, training and 12 months of agreed support. The final signed asset schedule controls exactly what transfers.
Am I buying CoKo’s legal entity, name or Google reviews?
No automatic transfer of the existing legal entity, CoKo’s name, current domain ownership, personal phone number, Google Business Profile or reviews is included. You establish and own your own company identity. Any platform-specific changes require a separate, permitted process.
Why is the package priced at $120,000?
The asking price covers physical assets plus a buyer-branded website, setup, training and a one-year transition. It is not an independent appraisal or a valuation supported by guaranteed earnings. Compare the equipment, written service scope and your own operating costs before deciding.
Are the hours, mileage and equipment condition verified?
The seller reports approximately 240,000 truck miles, 52 hours on the iGX800 and 20 hours on the soft-wash system. These are approximate historical figures, not a current mechanical inspection. Check the meters, titles, maintenance records and operating condition before closing.
Can I see the actual equipment?
Yes. Request a seller-confirmed viewing through the buyer inquiry form. The public video and photos show the actual equipment as supplied; the walkthrough dates from March 2026. An in-person demonstration and current inspection are the appropriate next steps. The storage address is shared privately after arrangements.
What does HQ actually do today?
A public, fictional-data demonstration lets you explore leads, customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, inventory, equipment and bidding examples. It demonstrates workflows; it does not establish your future production configuration, integrations or live government alerts. Review each required feature with the seller and record its acceptance criteria.
Does the package include guaranteed customers or income?
No. It includes no guarantee of customers, revenue, profit, rankings, contracts, lead volume, payback or a sale timeline. Historical evidence, if supplied, must be dated and redacted. Your results depend on your market, work, costs and decisions.
How does the 12-month lead transition work?
Where technically feasible and permitted, the seller will route applicable pressure-washing opportunities from agreed existing sources during a defined one-year transition. Sources, routing methods, permissions, start and end dates and any costs must be written into the agreement. Leads remain free to choose another contractor.
Do I receive the seller’s personal phone number?
No. That number remains with the seller. You use a buyer-owned business number. Applicable business inquiry routing may be configured during the agreed transition without transferring ownership of the personal number.
What training and support are included?
The proposed scope covers equipment familiarization, operating workflows, quoting, website and marketing training, agreed website edits and system support for 12 months. Scheduling, reasonable availability, response expectations, limits and any travel costs must be agreed in writing. This is not unlimited or round-the-clock support.
Are government contracts part of the sale?
No awards, contracts or government approval are promised. HQ includes fictional bidding examples. Any future opportunity-alert setup, data source, registration, insurance, bonding and procurement eligibility must be verified separately and included in the written configuration scope.
Can an out-of-state buyer purchase the package?
An out-of-state buyer can inquire. Discuss inspection, collection or transport, title and registration requirements, training logistics and whether any local lead transition is useful in your intended market. Costs and responsibilities need a separate written agreement.
Is seller financing advertised?
Cash is preferred. No seller-financing offer is advertised. A buyer considering third-party financing should arrange independent lender review; no approval, loan terms or financing outcome is promised.
What recurring costs will I have?
Expect normal business costs such as insurance, fuel, repairs, chemicals, licensing, buyer-owned domain and hosting, email, phone, and any selected software or payment-provider fees. No final recurring software or hosting price is established on this page. Request an itemized cost sheet before committing.
What happens to customer information?
Customer records and introductions are shared only where lawful, appropriate and permitted. The sale does not include unrestricted customer data or guaranteed retention. Confidential evidence is redacted and released only after seller approval.
How is the transaction completed?
Review the inventory, titles, current condition, system acceptance criteria and transition scope; then negotiate a written asset agreement. Use appropriate legal, tax, title and escrow professionals as needed. No deposit, binding offer or contract is accepted through this inquiry form.
What happens after year one?
The agreed transition and support term ends on the written end date. Your new brand, agreed buyer-owned website, domain and business number remain yours. Ongoing hosting, licenses, maintenance or optional support require a separate arrangement. Define any forwarding shutdown and data handover before closing.
Will the seller continue competing?
The seller is willing to discuss an appropriate one-year pressure-washing noncompete and transition arrangement. No binding restraint is created by this page; exact permitted terms require a written agreement.
Does completing the inquiry prove funds or reserve the package?
No. Budget and timing questions help the seller understand fit. They are not a proof-of-funds check, credit decision or reservation. Do not submit bank credentials, Social Security numbers or card information.
How do I stop follow-up?
Reply to the seller or use the preference link in your acknowledgment email. Optional follow-up stops when you opt out. You may still receive a direct response to a new request you initiate.
