Who handles your inquiry.

CoKo’s Soft & Heated Pressure Washing Services LLC uses this website to receive and manage inquiries about the seller’s equipment and business-launch package. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to sales@cokospressurewashing.com.

Information you choose to provide.

The inquiry form collects your name, email, phone, location, preferred contact method, buyer background, intended market, purchase-budget range, funding approach, timing, interests, comments and optional appointment preferences. The form also records submission time, the landing page, referring website origin and campaign-source tags. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials, payment-card details or confidential customer information.

How the information is used.

The seller uses inquiry details to respond, assess whether the package fits your plans, arrange a requested demonstration, maintain a private buyer pipeline and handle related questions. An editable internal fit score uses budget range, timing, operating fit, full-package interest and responsiveness. It is not a credit decision, proof of funds or automatic right to private documents.

Email, texts and optional follow-up.

Submitting the form authorizes an acknowledgment and a response to your inquiry. Text contact is handled only where requested and appropriate; no automated SMS campaign is enabled. Optional marketing updates require the separate optional consent. You can reply to stop follow-up or use the preference link in the acknowledgment. A direct new request may still receive a response.

Tracking and cookies.

This site uses essential WordPress and form functionality. Campaign attribution is stored in your browser’s session storage and submitted with your inquiry. First-party aggregate counters record page views, walkthrough plays, overview downloads, demo clicks and form events without names, email, phone or budget answers. These counts may include bots or repeats. No advertising pixel or cross-site advertising audience is enabled as part of the initial site setup. Hosting security logs may record IP addresses and request details; abuse-rate controls use keyed, temporary IP hashes.

Access and disclosure.

Inquiry records are restricted to authorized administrators and service providers needed to host the site, deliver email and maintain backups. Information is not sold to unrelated buyers or published. Confidential seller records and customer evidence are released only after separate seller approval and appropriate redaction. An external HQ demo uses fictional records and has its own application behavior.

Retention and your requests.

Buyer inquiries are reviewed for deletion or anonymization after 12 months of inactivity, except records needed for an active transaction, dispute, legal requirement or requested ongoing contact. Backups may retain older copies until their normal retention cycle ends. Ask the contact address above to review, correct or request deletion of your information; the seller may need to confirm your identity.

Security and changes.

The site uses HTTPS, restricted administrator access, spam controls and private document storage. No internet service can promise absolute security. This policy may be updated to reflect actual changes in the sale workflow or tracking configuration. The effective date will change when the policy changes.
