PUBLIC HQ DEMONSTRATION
From an inquiry
to the next action.
The demonstration includes lead and customer views, sample estimates and invoices, jobs, inventory, equipment and fictional bidding scenarios. You can explore the interface before discussing the buyer’s own configuration.
WHAT TO TEST TOGETHER
- Capture and advance a fictional lead
- Review an example estimate and PDF
- Explore sample jobs and invoices
- Adjust demo inventory and equipment hours
- Compare a fictional bidding scenario
- Define your company’s acceptance checklist
Separate a useful demo from your live setup.
The public HQ demo uses a dedicated demo company and session-based changes for its interactive examples. A buyer’s production workspace requires its own company data, users, permissions, sender, payment-provider choices and tested workflows. Write down the features and integrations accepted at closing rather than treating every screen as a production promise.

Your website, email and contact channels.
The package proposes a website and contact setup for the buyer’s own brand. Agree on the domain registrar account, hosting account or service arrangement, email sender, business phone, forms, QR destinations and administrator ownership. The existing CoKo’s domain and personal number are retained by the seller.
Marketing training with clear limits.
Training can cover practical website upkeep, on-page structure, tracking inquiries, local visibility and improving the path from a visitor to an estimate. Rankings, lead volume and advertising results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. Any paid advertising spend or ongoing service requires a separate budget and authorization.
Know the ongoing cost before you commit.
Ask for an itemized schedule of hosting, domain, email, phone, software, license, payment-processing and optional support costs. The public offer does not establish these recurring amounts. Third-party licenses and accounts may need a buyer-owned subscription; document the ownership and renewal process.
Review the actual feature scope together.
In your inquiry, choose “HQ software” or request an HQ demonstration. Bring an example of your intended workflow without sending real customer or financial information. A walkthrough can establish what already works, which parts need configuration and what should be excluded from the final agreement.
What does HQ actually do today?
A public, fictional-data demonstration lets you explore leads, customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, inventory, equipment and bidding examples. It demonstrates workflows; it does not establish your future production configuration, integrations or live government alerts. Review each required feature with the seller and record its acceptance criteria.
Are government contracts part of the sale?
No awards, contracts or government approval are promised. HQ includes fictional bidding examples. Any future opportunity-alert setup, data source, registration, insurance, bonding and procurement eligibility must be verified separately and included in the written configuration scope.
What recurring costs will I have?
Expect normal business costs such as insurance, fuel, repairs, chemicals, licensing, buyer-owned domain and hosting, email, phone, and any selected software or payment-provider fees. No final recurring software or hosting price is established on this page. Request an itemized cost sheet before committing.
