FOR NEW ENTREPRENEURS
Your name on the door.
A considered way to start.
Explore a complete equipment and business-launch package with your own identity, practical setup and a year of agreed guidance.

$120,000 COMPLETE PACKAGE
Equipment.
Your own brand.
A defined transition.
Review the package as a whole, including the exclusions and ongoing costs. Then request the information that fits your plans.
Start with the work you want to do.
Pressure washing is an operating business. Before purchasing, decide where you plan to work, which services you understand and what training you need. The package supplies equipment and an agreed launch setup; you still need sound judgment, safe methods, suitable insurance and a realistic plan for your own market.
Build assets that belong to your company.
The buyer’s website, domain, business number and email setup are intended for the buyer’s own identity. CoKo’s name, existing domain ownership and the seller’s personal number remain with the seller. Put ownership, access, licenses, subscriptions and the post-transition handover into the written agreement so you understand what you control.
Know the capital required beyond the purchase.
The $120,000 asking price is not the total cash required to operate. Build an independent budget for insurance, vehicle costs, taxes, licensing, fuel, chemicals, maintenance, transport, working capital, hosting, phone and chosen software. There is no income or payback promise. Ask for itemized recurring costs and have your advisers review the purchase.
Use the support period deliberately.
Agree on a training schedule for equipment, quote review, basic operating workflows, website edits and marketing. Describe reasonable availability, response expectations and the topics covered. A one-year transition can give you access to guidance, while your own team remains responsible for customer decisions, safe work and business results.
Learn through a real inspection and a fictional demo.
Watch the actual equipment video, then arrange a current viewing. Explore the public HQ demonstration using its fictional records to understand lead, estimate and invoice workflows. It does not require your customer data or a purchase. Request a buyer consultation to discuss which parts of the package match your experience and intended market.
Your next three steps
- Inspect the listed equipment and real walkthrough.
- Explore the fictional-data HQ demonstration.
- Request information and a seller-confirmed viewing or consultation.
